The Process

Designing an efficient product requires careful planning and engineering. Besides the visual aesthetics, product & UX design is about figuring out how your product should function and the logic behind it.

Discovery & Strategy

Everything starts with research to uncover the needs, goals and pain points of your users (real or potential); to review competitor products, to gather inspiration and any additional data that might be useful in our efforts.

Then we need to align the data with your product requirements and business goals to find the right balance, define the right strategy and roadmap. Research increases the chances of product adoption, which directly contributes to the success of your business.

Definition & Design

The data and insights collected during the discovery stage serve as a solid foundation for a high-level definition, including use cases, user flows, information architecture and business logic of the product.

Now it's time for a detailed design, which includes design concept, functional logic, mock-ups and states, interactive prototyping and specifications for the development team.

Review & Testing

When we have a ready design, working product or a prototype, we can review and test it with real or potential users to identify usability challenges and uncover general UX gaps that might be overlooked.

The review contains a detailed report of found issues with recommendations on how to fix them. It also includes an overall UX review that points out opportunities that might lift your product to a next level.
